How do I join a community?

Open Explore, select a community, and tap Join. Private communities may require administrator approval.

How do I report content or a person?

Open the options menu for the post, comment, or profile, select Report, and explain the concern. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

How do I change a community or page location?

If you are an owner or administrator, open the space settings and change its town. Wicchu validates the town for nearby discovery and local weather.

How do I delete my account?

See the data-deletion instructions and send the request from the email associated with your account.

Sign-in problems

Tell us whether you use email and password, Google, or Facebook. Include the error message, device model, and app version. Never send your password, verification codes, or private keys.
